5 -- ONE WORLD ORDER

We have learned from scripture that a beast represents a political kingdom and that a woman represents a church. The Bible speaks of a woman riding upon a beast: "And the angel said unto me, wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns. The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not and yet is." Rev. 17:7, 8.

If a woman represents a church and a beast represents a political kingdom, then the woman riding upon a beast represents a church riding upon a political kingdom, or church and state united. The most terrifying, satanic power that has ever been upon the face of this earth is truly church and state united. Just study the history of the Dark Ages. Find a copy of Foxes Book of Martyrs and see the truth regarding a church having political power.

Now let's look into the symbolism of "the beast that was, and is not and yet is." It's obvious that this is speaking of the fifth beast-church

and state united. Do you remember the beast or kingdoms spoken of in Daniel? In order they are: Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, Pagan Rome and Papal Rome. Papal Rome is the fifth beast. Papal Rome was removed from riding upon the beast in 1798 and at that point in history it became the beast that was, and now (after 1798) it is not. That is to say, since 1798 it has not been a world ruling power. It has not been riding upon the beast. But Revelation goes on to say, "and yet is." We now see three conditions of this beast - past, present, and future -- was, is not, and yet is. From 538 A. D. until 1798 A. D. the beast was in the "was" condition. From 1798 until the deadly wound is healed, meaning until the church is once again riding upon the beast, it is in the "is not" condition. When "the deadly wound is healed," meaning, when the

church is once again riding upon the beast, it will be in the "yet is" condition. Past, present, and future.

Now we need to discover what will cause the healing of the deadly wound. "And I saw one of his heads(was)as it were wounded to death (is not); and his deadly wound was healed (and yet is): and all the world wondered after the beast," Rev. 13:3. The heads of the beast are once again represented. Revelation 17:7 says, "I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns." Revelation 17:9 says, "And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains; on which the woman sitteth."

"The seven heads are seven mountains." The mountains are the five kingdoms mentioned in Daniel plus two future kingdoms yet to be described. In chronological order they are: Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, Pagan Rome, and Papal Rome, plus two more. Who are these two unknown kingdoms? Revelation 17:11 says, "The beast that was, and is not, even he (Papal Rome) is the eight, and is of the seven and goeth into perdition." This is adding an eighth head or kingdom to the seven heads. But the eighth is not a new kingdom, it is only a healed kingdom that was one of the first seven. The eighth head or kingdom is none other than the Papacy, the fifth kingdom that received a deadly wound and will one day soon be healed with all the deadly power of its first phase. Papal Rome is the fifth and the eighth kingdom mentioned here. (See illustration on page 63 representing the seven headed beast with ten horns supporting the harlot).

Now let's identify the sixth and seventh heads. Revelation 13:11, 12 speaks of another beast: "And I beheld another beast (6th beast) coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed."

This beast was to arise after the deadly wound was received by the Papacy. It was a nation that had "two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon." All nations spoken of in prophecy always play an important roll in the history of God's children, whether pro or con.

The beast with the lamb like horns was seen coming up out of the earth, instead of overthrowing other powers to establish itself. The nation thus represented must arise in territory previously unoccupied and grow up gradually and peacefully. It could not, then, arise among the crowded and struggling nationalities of the Old World. It had to come from the Western Continent.

"What nation of the New World was in 1798 rising into power, giving promise of strength and greatness, and attracting the attention of the world? The application of the symbol admits of no question. One nation, and only one, meets the specifications of this prophecy; it points unmistakably to the United States of America. Again and again the thought, almost the exact words, of the sacred writer has been unconsciously employed by the orator and the historian in describing the rise and growth of this nation. The beast was seen 'coming up out of the earth;' and, according to the translators, the word here rendered 'coming up' literally signifies 'to grow or spring up as a plant.' And, as we have seen, the nation must arise in territory previously unoccupied (that is, unoccupied by a world power). A prominent writer, describing the rise of the United States, speaks of 'the mystery of her coming forth from vacancy,' and says: 'Like a silent seed we grew into an empire.' -- G. A. Townsend, The New World Compared With the Old, page 462. An European journal in 1850 spoke of the United States as a wonderful empire, which was 'emerging,' and 'amid the silence of the earth daily adding to its power and pride.' - The Dublin Nation. Edward Everett, in an oration on the Pilgrim founders of this nation, said: 'did they look for a retired spot, inoffensive for its obscurity, and safe in its remoteness, where the little church of Leyden might enjoy the freedom of conscience? Behold the mighty regions over which, in peaceful conquest, ...they have borne the banners of the cross!' -- Speech delivered at Plymouth, Massachusetts, Dec. 22, 1824, page 11." E. G. White, The Great Controversy, 1888 edition, pp. 439, 440.

The sixth beast (the United States) "had two horns like a lamb." The Constitution of the United States was designed for the separation of church and state, a republican form of government allowing it's citizens to be Caesar. The district of Washington D.C. was made a Democratic district, while the great states were to maintain their republican form of government, giving it's citizens their God given rights, and protecting each citizen, guaranteeing them their individual rights no matter what the majority wanted.

A democracy is where the majority get their way. Because of selfishness, a democracy can only end up in corruptness. Corrupt men will offer great promises to an ignorant majority to gain their vote. Therefore the ignorant majority give up their liberties for social programs.

The representatives in Washington D. C. were made servants of the Republic of the United States, to protect and guarantee the citizens of the republic their God given rights. We were in fact Caesar while they were our servants. This is what the constitution was designed to guarantee. Protestants no longer wanted to be dictated and persecuted by a church with the power of the state. Republicanism (one horn of government) and Protestantism (the second horn) became the fundamental principles of the nation. This is what is meant by, "he had two horns." Church and state were to be separate.

"The lamblike horns and dragon voice of the symbol point to a striking contradiction between the professions and the practice of the nation thus represented. The 'speaking' of the nation is the action of the legislative and judicial authorities. By such action it will give the lie to those liberal peaceful principles which it has put forth as the foundation of its policy. The prediction that it will speak 'as a dragon' and exercise 'all the power of the first beast' plainly foretells a development of the spirit of intolerance and persecution that was manifested by the nations represented by the dragon and the leopard like beast. And the statement that the beast with two horns 'causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast' indicates that the authority of this nation is to be exercised in enforcing some observance which shall be an act of homage to the papacy.

"Such action would be directly contrary to the principles of this government, to the genius of its free institutions, to the direct and solemn avowals of the Declaration of Independence, and to the constitution. The founders of the nation wisely sought to guard against the employment of secular power on the part of the church, with its inevitable result-intolerance and persecution. The Constitution provides that 'Congress shall make no law respecting and establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,' and that 'no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office of public trust under the United States.' Only in flagrant violation of these safeguards to the nation's liberty, can any religious observance be enforced by civil authority. But inconsistency of such action is no greater than is represented in the symbol. It is the beast with lamblike horns-in profession pure, gentle, and harmless - that speaks as a dragon. 'Saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an 'image to the beast' [that is make an image to the 5th beast]. Here is clearly presented a form of government in which the legislative power rests with the people, a most striking evidence that the United States is the nation denoted in the prophecy." ibid., pp. 441-443.

The "image of the beast" must resemble the beast. The beast here spoken of is the Roman Catholic church with political power. The "image of the beast" is none other than the daughters of Babylon in the United States, with political power. Apostate Protestantism in the United States, with political and civil power, to persecute the commandment keepers, will be the "Image of the beast."

This two horned beast causes the entire population of the earth [except for the commandment keepers [Re. 12:17; 14:12], to worship the beast and the image of the beast. Rev. 13:4, 8, 12, 15; 17:18. Yes, the United States of America united with the apostate Protestants political power, will be the sixth beast-the image of the fifth beast.

In 1888 it was written, "The wide diversity of belief in the Protestant churches is regarded by many as decisive proof that no effort to secure a forced uniformity can ever be made. But there has been for years, in churches of the Protestant faith, a strong and growing sentiment in favor of a union based upon common points of doctrine [the ecumenical movement or anti-protestant movement]. To secure such a union, the discussion of subjects upon which all were not agreed- however important they might be from a Bible standpoint -- must necessarily be waived." E. G. White, The Great Controversy, p. 444.

In 1993, we found the fulfillment of these very words is at hand and that the "image of the beast" is almost established. The following statements are from the magazine Quest, Winter 1993. But first I would like to explain that the fulfillment of these words is going to be accomplished with the aid and world power of the seventh beast - the One World Order, Satan's great spiritualistic movement, clasping hands with Catholicism and apostate Protestantism.

"DECLARATION OF A GLOBAL ETHIC

"Hans Kung's 'Declaration of Global Ethic' sought to do exactly as Muller urged -- to work on what the various religions have in common, and to put off until later those things they do not agree upon. The document emphasized that 'the basis for an ethic already exists' in that 'a common set of core values is found in the teachings of the religions." The Quest, Winter '93, p. 13.

"Muller, former deputy secretary general of the United Nations and chancellor of the University for Peace in Costa Rica, spoke emphatically about a growing recognition among political leaders that politics as usual and business as usual leave humans starving for the spirituality that is needed for significant change. He predicted that the Parliament (Parliament of World Religions, August/ September 1993, Chicago, Ill.) would be the beginning of a spiritual renaissance for humanity.

"He called for his audience to work toward the creation of a permanent international spiritual organization parallel to the U. N., and for another Parliament of the World's religions for the Year 2000, and for creative networking to begin at once...The Quest, pp, 8, 9, Winter 1993.

"Muller said that every UN general secretary 'became a spiritual being,' and that he believes the world is 'on the eve of a new spiritual renaissance.' The year 1993, he said, is 'a great turning point in human history.'

"In a visionary and highly personal talk that risked seeming naive and foolish, the former deputy secretary general of the UN called for the creation of 'a permanent world spiritual institution, a place where people from various countries, traditions, and beliefs can work together on a daily basis.' It would be a kind of United Nations of Religions, aimed at establishing a new universalism in which global interdependence will be realized in which a true change in consciousness will occur.

" 'Let all religions work on what they have in common, and what divides them let them put aside until the very end,' he declared.

"What should come from this Parliament, in Muller's view, is a new spiritual world order for the next millennium, and an inventory of actions required to avoid global cataclysm." ibid., p. 14.

The following quotes are from an interview of San Francisco Chronicle Religion Writer, Don Lattin, with Episcopal Bishop William Swing, June 22, 1997, p. 3/Z1.

Bishop's Idea For a Leap Of Faiths: The Episcopal leader has an idea that may have found its time:

"Tomorrow, the world comes to Swing (William Swing, Episcopal bishop), when 200 delegates from historic religious traditions and new spiritual movements convene at Stanford University to begin working on a charter for an international interfaith organization, tentatively called the United Religions.

"Sitting down together will be Christian ecumenical leaders, Black Muslims, American Jews, Australian aborigines, California pagans, South African Hindus, Thai Buddhists, British Bahais, Catholic priests, Indian Sikhs and other leading lights from across the spiritual spectrum.

"Important details - such as how the United Religions will function, where it will be located and who will pay for it are to be worked out at a series of meetings between now and June 26, 2000, when the interfaith organization is scheduled to be established in San Francisco...

"Swing envisions the world's religions 'coming together on a daily, permanent basis, in pursuit of global good,' and what better place to do it, he asks, than at the Presidio, 'where we could turn swords to ploughshares'?

"Q: Can you explain the genesis of the United Religions Initiative?

"A: In 1993, the United Nations told me they were coming to San Francisco and they would bring 183 ambassadors from 183 nations. They wanted me to bring the religions of the world to Grace Cathedral for an interfaith service. Before that, I really wasn't thinking about this at all. And I went to bed that night, and began to think about the contrast between the nations of the world and the religions of the world, thinking that for 50 years, the nations have struggled for global good and that in the same 50 years, the religions of the world hadn't spoken to each other. I had a deep sense of conviction that has got to change. So I dedicated the rest of my life to be a catalyst for the creation of something like the United Nations for all religions.

"Q: This is not necessarily a new idea. What happened in the previous efforts, and why did they fizzle out?

"A: In 1893, with the Parliament of World Religions, it was so exciting to see religions together for the first time that people began expansively to think about something like this.

"But there was no infrastructure, and there was no world consensus around that kind of idea, so it died. Then, when the League of Nations began, people began to say, 'Why don't we have a League of Religions?' All those efforts amounted to resolutions that were quickly passed and forgotten. Nobody really worked at it. It's been much more a daydream than on-the-ground hard work, 'Let's see if we can make it happen.'

"Then the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland called us up and said that ours was the most important initiative they'd seen. They had worked on 50 global initiatives around the world that will change the next century and the next millennium and thought ours was far and away the most important. So we've had design help at every step of the way. We've also had introductions to people all over the world. In the last couple of weeks, we've had regional summits in Oxford, New York, Buenos Aires, and as soon as this big summit is over this week, we go right out to Cairo, Johannesburg, Nairobi, Belgium, Bombay and New Zealand. The world has responded to this in ways that we thought would take many, many years...

"What we're trying to do is to find some common ground that would be created not by Islam or by the Roman Catholics or anybody else, but by a world that is getting tired of the religions killing each other. They would all bring the best they've got to the table, and we could create a common ground so that we can enter into an exchange and a conversation...

"I've been working with people, religious leaders around the world, and a lot of them have cautioned me to stay away from prayer and theology. When we get to Stanford, I doubt if we're going to spend a lot of time talking about theology or prayer.

"I think we're going to be hunting for common values that spring from the theology, but not the theology itself. Because I don't think we'll ever agree on the theology...

"...For the next four years, we will be meeting in the San Francisco Bay Area to write the charter, and in the year 2000, on June 26, we want people of all religions to walk down their village or their town or their city to be a walking symbol of the religions together-and also to sign the charter at the end of the day. So the charter will be 'We, the people' rather than, 'We, the hierarchical folks at the top.'...

"...I was in Rome a couple of months ago, and I was listening to a discussion between the Catholics and the Orthodox. And they said, 'By the year 2000, let's all celebrate Easter together, our Lord's Resurrection. We'll do anything so that we can have the Resurrection celebrated by everybody on the same day.'...

"We, people of faith...

"Therefore, as communities of faith and interdependent people rooted in our faith, we now unite for the sake of peace and healing among religions, peoples and nations, and for the wholeness of the earth...

"We unite to support freedom of religion or belief and the rights of all individuals, as set forth in international law, and to witness together to the wondrous spirit of life which embraces all our diversity...

"We unite to be a voice of shared values in the international arenas of politics, economics, and the media, and to serve as a forum for research and excellence on values in action..."

We see before us the picture given in the book of Revelation of the world wondering after and worshiping the beast and his image. A picture of a One World Religion (based upon common ideas, not the Bible), and a One World Order, with the United Nations playing its role. Their laws are not God's laws, their laws are "set forth in the international law."

All of this work by Satan and his agents is done in the name of love, peace, and safety. It is also being done in the name of freedom of religion, meaning no one has the right to condemn or talk against any of the false religions. Therefore, any religion that will not unite with this world church of religions and speaks against it will be guilty of breaking their international law. You will not have the freedom to believe in and spread the message of Revelation against this ecumenical religion.

Within the book entitled, THE KEYS OF THIS BLOOD, Catholic and ex-Jesuit (if there is such a thing as ex) Malachi Martin tells us of the struggle of three entities desiring the position of ruling the world by controlling the United Nations. These three forces are none other than the United States (president), The Roman Catholic church (Pope), and Russia (Mikhail Gorbachev), THE KEYS OF THIS BLOOD, MALACHI MARTIN, 1990, pp. 15-54. Since the writing of this book in 1990, we find that the Iron Curtain has fallen and Gorbachev has moved to California where he is a leader in the U. N. & U. R. I.

The Three Unclean Spirits of Rev. 16:13: the United States [the image to be], the Roman Catholic Church [the beast] and the Spiritualistic U. N./U. R. I. are maturing just as the Bible predicts. To cinch the stronghold of the United Nations over the entire world, they must first unite the world religions on points they hold in common. This is the only problem standing in the way of setting up the image of the beast. We have now identified the seventh head or ten horns of Revelation 17:7 & 12. The seventh head is the same entity as the ten horns, or kings without kingdoms. It is none other than the United Nations which already has power to keep entire countries from buying and selling. The United Nations has found it necessary to unite the world religions in order to gain control of the world. But there is one group of people that will not unite with them in their apostasy. Because of this, laws must be made to make Protestants look like trouble makers and law breakers much the same way that a law was made by the apos-tates to condemn Daniel (Daniel 6:4-24) and the law that was made forcing all to bow down to Nebuchadnezzar's image or be killed as found in the story of Shadrach, Meshack, and Abedengo (Dan. 3:1-28).

The solution to uniting enemies is to invent or identify a more hated enemy. Examples of this can easily be seen in every day life. Brothers may fight and quarrel continuously and even utter words of hate. But let an outsider call their mother a name and see how fast these brothers unite to conquer the outsider. By the way, there is a mother the Bible calls a Harlot. Her children will, one day soon, unite to destroy their common enemy (Sabbath keeping saints) who have properly called her by her right name-a harlot.

Members of a certain race may hate each other and even kill each other, but let a member of a different race get involved and you will see how fast enemies within a group can unite upon common ground (simply their color), to destroy the opposite race. History has proven that the Sabbath of God and the sabbath of Satan, has the same effect. Study the history of the persecution of the Sabbath-keeping Waldensiens by the Catholic Church. For some reason, the majority hate the fourth commandment and have been willing to kill because of it, while those who love the fourth commandment are willing to die for it.

The point held in common between the Roman Catholic church [the beast/harlot] and the Apostate Protestants in the United States [image/daughters] is the day they worship on. Church and state in America will soon unite [forming the image] upon this point, and make laws instituting Sunday as the day of rest, and as Revelation says, the whole world will follow in her footsteps. In the mid 1880's an attempt was made upon this very point, and many were imprisoned for working on Sunday. Since that time we have seen "Blue Laws" come and go. But soon there will be a death decree for those who like, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, refuse to bow down to the Babylonian Image and receive his mark or his name.

The Bible speaks of two opposing forces. One force is made up of those that wonder after and worship the beast and her image, and receive her mark. The other is spoken of as those that "keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ." Rev. 12:17. Also see Rev. 14:12.

Revelation 13:15 tells us that "he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed." This is nothing short of a World-Wide Ethnic Cleansing of True Protestants. Give up your spiritual fight for the true gospel, bow down to the beast and her Image, or be killed. Receive her mark, her name, or her number or be killed.

Which side are you on? Will you receive the mark (Sunday Worship), his name or the number of his name, 666?

At this time we should explain "the number of his name." The number 666 is the number of the name of the beast, not the mark of the beast as most people think. All you have to do is simply read the verse for what it says to understand this.

"...No man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred three score and six," Rev. 13:17, 18.

The number is not a computer chip coded with the number 666. It is not a stamp that will be placed upon the forehead. 666 is the number of a man, the number of his name.

The "mark" and the "number" are two different subjects identifying the antichrist, whose name is the number 666, and his work is his mark - Sunday worship. The word "mark" in Revelation is not a literal mark, it is a mark of character or works of an individual. If a person murders a person in his youth he is branded or marked the rest of his life as a murderer, just as was Cain. Those who refuse the true Sabbath and bow down to the Sunday of Catholicism will be marked by the angels of God as disobedient and worthy of hell fire, while those who refuse to bow down to the image will be marked or branded by the beast and her Image as law breakers and troublers, worthy of death. The Beast and her Image have power to kill the body but not the soul. The God of

heaven has power to kill the body and the soul. Which will you bow down to?

There are many names and titles that can equal 666, but there is only one name and title that fulfills all of the other identifying marks of this beast power.

It has been discovered that the numerical value of the component letters for one of the titles of the Pope, is interpreted to equal 666. Vicarius Filii Dei is Latin for "Vicar of the son of God" and is admittedly applied to the pope. Please do not take the numbering method as conclusive evidence as to who the beast is. There are many titles and names that can equal 666. However, the Beast that fits the other descriptions given in the Bible must have a name that is equal to 666. The combination of these prophetic descriptions with the number of the name can only represent one power on earth. No other power or person can fulfill all of these prophetic descriptions.

"And he deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should (unite church and state) make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads." Rev 13:14-16. The right hand represents their works and their forehead represents their thoughts.

"And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth [United Nations] have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication." Rev.17:1,2.

"Willing or not, ready or not, we are all involved in an all-out, no-holds-barred, three-way global competition. Most of us are not competitors, however. We are the stakes. For the competition is about who will establish the first one world system of government that has ever existed in the society of nations...the competition is all-out because, now that it has started, there is no way it can be reversed or called off." Keys of This Blood, p. 15, Malachi Martin.

Today we are no longer in a three-way global competition. Russia is out of the picture and Bible prophecies show that the United States- Apostate Protestantism and the Ten Horns-United Nations-United Religions will give their power to the Beast-Papacy.

"On August 24, 1527, Roman Catholics in France, by prearranged plan, under Jesuit influence, murdered 70,000 Protestants within the space of two months. The pope rejoiced when he heard the news of the successful outcome." Western Watchman, November 21, 1912, (Catholic).

"For professing faith contrary to the Church of Rome, history records the martyrdom of more than one hundred million people." Brief Bible Readings, p. 16.

"The Pope is not only the representative of Jesus Christ, but he is Jesus Christ, hidden under a veil of flesh." The Catholic National, July, 1895.

The Catholic National may say that the Pope is Jesus Christ, but my Bible says he is the antichrist, and for this belief the Pope would gladly rejoice at mine or your death.

"It is high time that all of us who are Christians come together regardless of the differences of our confessions and our traditions and make common cause to bear in our society." Chuck Colson, Evangelical Catholics, 1990.

Chuck Colson, the deceitful prophet may teach this, but God says, "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will

be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty." II Cor. 6:14-18.

"We, the hierarchy of the Roman Catholic Church, expect all loyal children of the church to aid the President with all our strength to see that the individuals comprising the U. S. Supreme Court shall obey the President's injunctions.
